I have recently been working on creating a pricing structure and work flow for the different pricing tiers. Something has become apparent, people want absolutely everything AND expect to pay nothing for it?

I'm working on incorporating explanations and requirements into the brief doc I provide because it is becoming evident that some people would quite happily have you do everything for them, provide nothing then have you tidy up their mess for free.

I'd say strict guides is certainly the way forward, make it clear what we expect and what we will do.
