I saw this article in the March issue of .net, it was an interview with Matthew Danzico the brains behind a internet based film project aimed at exploring trust & connectivity on the web. It worked by originally posting a video asking for volunteers to drive, house & feed him on an 80-day journey around America.

As he traveled he produced a daily web show documenting his experiences. Remarkably he completed the trip successfully and was offered hospitality from people in all walks of life including porn stars and 78 year old grandmothers all happy to offer accommodation, food and even money in some cases.
