Sk-etchbook

I'm starting to get offered bits n bats of work here and there, a little sooner than I was prepared to but not a problem because money is goooood. I still need to work on my identity & branding, get all my template docs created, sort out accounting, organise the work flow and processes a little better plus get a few questions answered but apart from that I'm more or less a go. It took a little research into rates before deciding what I should be charging for my current level of ability (as I'm no amazing designer however it's interesting to see how easily impressed the non-design community can be) and I need to restructure things a little but these can all be developed on the move. I'm currently going to work under the name primitiveindustries, I've set up a site (just a holding page/business card at the mo) and set up more official looking emails. Admittedly I still have a lot to learn as a designer & a developer but I make people aware of this from the outset, I've seen some really high standards of design work while working for ATTIK but Joe Public doesn't have a £100,000 budget so they get what they pay for and are happy with that.
