This is a variation on a diagram used at Harvard Business School. The model illustrates how you must come back to this question and check you are remaining clear and true to your purpose throughout the defining/design process when establishing a company.
After working through a brief, defining your products/services, your company values, aims and audience. You then should think what above all are you.
