Internet Explorer is...

Outdated.

W3C standards are ignored. I have spent ages, correcting and amending CSS so it adheres to standards and best practice, yet IE totally ignores what it's supposed to do and rambles off doing whatever it fancies. It really is the demented geriatric of all the browsers out there.

Annoying.

ICO issue. I spent ages making little ICO files to show logos in the page tabs & favorites etc. IE doesn't like it when this is done correctly so you need to add extra code to accommodate for it.

Ugly.

Fonts look rubbish. Whatever fonts you use the rendering engine used on windows is just rubbish, they all look skinny and jagged. People spend billions every year designing online content. Ya think something so fundamental to the aesthetic of online media should have been updated by now.

Unreliable.

Windows is dissed by developers of community projects. I've ben looking on notice boards recently for open source content management software and a few other gems. Windows is practically a swear word.
